Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and communication-driven Project Manager (2+ years of client project experience, female candidates preferred) to lead cross-functional delivery, drive agile sprint cycles, and bridge client stakeholders, engineers, and designers with modern dev and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead sprint planning, daily standup meetings, milestone tracking, and sprint retrospectives.
• •Facilitate seamless communication, requirement discovery, and alignment between engineering, design, and client stakeholders.
• •Maintain product backlogs, clarify requirements, manage timelines, and proactively unblock team members.
• •Leverage modern project management and AI productivity tools to streamline sprint documentation and reporting.
• •Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure high standards of quality and timeliness.
• •Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-velocity team culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• •2+ years of verified professional experience in client project management, tech office coordination, or product delivery.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing) and Nepali.
• •Adept with modern engineering workflows, collaboration tools, and AI productivity tools.
• •Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana, Notion).
• •Strong organizational, documentation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• •Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular in-office presence at our Sankhamul, Kathmandu office.

Nice to Have

• •Background or foundational literacy in software engineering workflows and modern web technologies.
• •Experience managing international client communication and project discovery phases.
• •Familiarity with CI/CD, issue triage, and technical backlog prioritization.
