Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable, high-impact Fullstack Engineer with 2+ years of experience in client projects to build end-to-end web applications, dynamic frontend interfaces, robust backend APIs, and modern cloud-native systems using modern dev and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop end-to-end web applications and services from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and databases.
• •Build responsive, high-performance UI components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• •Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs and database schemas (Node.js / Python, PostgreSQL).
• •Utilize modern development tooling, AI assistants, and automated CI/CD workflows to ship robust client deliverables.
• •Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate client product requirements into technical solutions.
• •Write clean, testable code and actively participate in architecture reviews and peer code reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• •2+ years of verified professional experience in fullstack software engineering across client projects.
• •Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js or Python / Django).
• •Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• •Adept with modern development workflows, Git version control, and AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM APIs).
• •Strong problem-solving abilities and solid understanding of web security, state management, and performance.
• •Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular collaboration at our Sankhamul, Kathmandu office.

Nice to Have

• •English for Developers certification (e.g. freeCodeCamp B1 or A2 English for Developers).
• •Experience with Docker containerization, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel), and CI/CD pipelines.
• •Familiarity with GraphQL, Redis caching, or message brokers.
