About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience in client projects using ReactJS to build responsive, fast, and delightful web applications, dashboards, and client-facing interfaces using modern dev and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- •Architect, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js.
- •Translate UI/UX mockups and wireframes into performant, accessible web components.
- •Integrate RESTful APIs, manage client-side state, and optimize performance for high data throughput.
- •Utilize modern development toolchains and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate feature shipping and code quality.
- •Collaborate closely with backend engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver seamless user experiences.
- •Write clean, modular code and participate in peer code reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- •2+ years of verified professional experience building client projects using ReactJS and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- •Adept with modern development toolchains and AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI code generation/debugging).
- •Strong proficiency with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules) and responsive UI design.
- •Solid understanding of state management, component lifecycle, and asynchronous API communication.
- •Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative branching workflows.
- •Ability to work in a hybrid setup with regular collaboration at our Sankhamul, Kathmandu office.
Nice to Have
- •English for Developers certification (e.g. freeCodeCamp B1 or A2 English for Developers).
- •Experience with Next.js or modern React meta-frameworks.
- •Familiarity with web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and basic testing.
